Account Information

Yes. An account is required to purchase from Barang.com
Just look for the “Sign Up” button, then complete the form with information required.
You may click on the “Forgot Password” button, and an email will be sent to your email to reset your password.

Order

We accept payment via online transfer, debit and credit card, and e-wallets such as Touch & Go, Grab Pay, Shopee Pay and Alipay.
You may check your order status in “Order” upon signing into your account. And you will be notified via email with a courier company’s tracking number attached.
If you have not received any tracking number, it means your order is being processed. An email will be sent to your email once your order is ready for delivery.
No. All orders are strictly via delivery only.
Once payment has been completed and order number is generated, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible.

You will have to remove the out-of-stock item from your cart before proceeding to check out.

You may contact us at barang.comservice@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number, item’s name and photo of the incorrect item received, and we will investigate it as quickly as possible. Kindly do not discard the item and its original packaging as it may need to be returned.

Your order may have been sent separately, therefore kindly check if your item is arriving separately. And if an item is missing, kindly contact us barang.comservice@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number, missing item’s name and we will investigate as quickly as we can.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes up to seven (7) working days. Certain items may take up to twenty (20) working days.
Our delivery fee is fixed at RM 8.00, limited to only West Malaysia.
We do not ship to East Malaysia as of now.

If your order status is “delivered” but you did not receive any parcel, you may contact our customer service at barang.comservice@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will assist accordingly.

Kindly note that complaints / reports made after 24 hours will not be entertained, and Barang will not be liable to bear any financial losses.

Yes. You will be notified via email with a courier company’s tracking number once your order is being delivered.

Return, Cancellation, and Refund

For return of an item, you may deliver to the address below. Please note that postage fee will be borne by you and Barang will not be liable for the postage fee for the return item.

Cancellation is not possible once payment is completed, and order number is generated. We strongly encourage you to review your order before proceeding to check out.

For a refund, kindly contact us at barang.comservice@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt with your order number, item’s name, and reason for refund. And once your refund request is successful, we will notify you via email and information like name, banking details and payment method will be required to process your refund. Do note that refund will take up to fifteen (15) working days and be subject to the bank’s refund policy.

Kindly note that the following conditions are not allowed for a refund:

  • Water damage caused by the user.
  • Wear and tear after prolonged use.
  • Damage caused by the user.
